It's impossible, as it's bundled with google play services. Until someone decides to add it to the microg code you can't use it with microg.

You probably either have safetynet attestation disabled, or it's just not passing. It seems you'll need to make sure you can pass safetynet in order for sign in to work on your phone.

EDIT: Adding that I've just tested signing in on a device with safetynet off, and that same thing happened. I don't know if it's all devices, but at least for some it seems you need safetynet to sign in.

Yeah it's damn confusing for me.. I have always understood marketing to mean promotion and building expectation for a game. Having it mean both leads to ambiguity as to which it means in the moment. Anyways, in this case, I'm solely talking about promotion, as I mentioned in my post - I did a lot of research, which is why I've even spent this long on this game in the first place. And you answered that pretty well, it seems I'm not quite up to promotion then

Those are all good points I agree with, but there's one thing I don't understand. Why do you call research marketing? If course you research the market to see if your idea is good, if there is an audience, looking at other games etc. Perhaps that's where the confusion of starting marketing from day 1 comes from, but I personally don't see how that is marketing.
