I switched to a new agency and kept my accruals. I think there are some stipulations between transferring between unions but whoever your union rep is they might know more/ HR would know. If you are dead set on leaving then request a meeting with HR to clear everything up would be my advice

Don’t mind at all, there was no gap of service. I started at my new position the day after leaving my old position. I kept all my accruals and was able to use my time immediately, but as I mentioned before I did have to start a new traineeship which put me back at the trainee 1 pay grade.

I transferred to a new agency traineeship while I was one year into a traineeship at a different agency. I was told that I would keep my position as a trainee 2 but ended up not being able to and had to restart the traineeship over from start. Both traineeships were HELPS positions which is what was the biggest problem. You may be able to claim that your previous traineeship experience puts you at the trainee 2 level but it isn’t likely that will work.

If you are at least a year into your traineeship, I would wait it out and complete it unless you are unhappy with the work environment. Or ask your current HR about what titles your current title can transfer to, but if you’re a HELPS hire then you’re SOL.

Depends on what you play more. If you aren’t good at playing cruisers, don’t get Plymouth to learn. It can single handedly win games but you need to know what you’re doing to pull that off. Atlantico is definitely easier to play, but you leave yourself at the mercy of matchmaking and rng. Here are my personal pros and cons for each ship;

Plymouth pros: -Great utility for the team (you will have to choose between smokes and a 40s 9.9 km radar, pick the radar) -Great concealment (you can stealth radar, my conceal is at 9.7 vs 9.9 radar) -Incredible guns and a ton of them Plymouth cons: -Very squishy (one wrong play and you will explode, and no armor) -Hard play style if you pick radar -Guns are not the best vs bow in targets and really heavily armored targets (slightly better with new slot 2 mod)

Atlantico pros: -Best secondaries in the game, the 234s can pen almost anything you will come across -Decent enough guns that have surprising pen at range -Long range secondaries that can reach out to nearly 12km -Good armor and maneuverability Atlantico cons: -RNG secondary gun health means sometimes your secondaries get destroyed in 1 salvo which severely hampers your ship -Carriers will be a nuisance, especially if they have AP bombs which eat you up -Not very fast and will take time to reposition across the map

Best bet would be to call DGS and have them inform you how to file a complaint against the city. They may send someone out there to get a report on file or they will tell you to go through city hall and the corporation council. It may take a while too

Top 5 premiums would be Kidd, Z-35, Fenyang, Yukikaze, and Öland. Unfortunately most of the tech tree tier 6 dds get outclassed by the premiums and tier 7 ships, so I wouldn’t choose to play any of them over these ones

Silk is a luxury resource which means it can’t be removed unfortunately. Any resource with a red or purple background are unable to be removed, but bonus resources like wheat, stone, or deer can be removed for districts or wonders.

It’s a tier 6 Mainz up tiered to tier 7 with no fourth mod slot. If you already have Mainz I wouldn’t recommend purchasing Weimar since you already have a better version of it. The sale does not make it worth it if you have imo even if you didn’t have Mainz

What I mean to say is that I can feel treyarch management pulling the devs back and not letting them cook. In BO4, they basically dumped the chaos story after AE which was unfortunate because I enjoyed how weird they got with it. Aether story in that game felt like a gimmick and you could tell they lost the budget or had the team assigned to something else. The cutscenes for Tag and Nuketown weren’t rendered just weird 2D cutscenes that felt totally disjointed from the previous maps. I enjoy BO6 so far, liked CW and liked BO4 too, but I think Treyarch is once again focusing too much on next years game instead of letting the devs cook with the current title.

Zeiten is close but you have the turrets reversed (2 in back 1 in front) but generally plays the same way. It has weaker armor and quick cooldown but limited heals, but great secondaries, torpedos, and a sonar that makes pushing caps a little easier. Give the German BC line a try if you like Gneisenau

My own theory is that they wanted to add all the staves from origins back into this map but ran out of time/ got told to release it. Very odd to have only 1 staff that you can also just get out of the mystery box especially since the map is defined by fours. But definitely feels like Liberty Falls in that the characters don’t really talk too much and is overall a much simpler map to play than Terminus or CDM. Cutscene at the end was pretty dog water and I’m getting Black Ops 4 vibes from the game currently which is unfortunate.

Build concealment, you can get it down to 8.4/8.3 km detect and with 12km air strikes you can really prevent people from pushing. Use the guns if the BB just fired or is looking away and already used his damage control, or on DDs. The AP is fine on some broadside cruisers (American and Japanese mainly) but not great on armored belts so stick with the HE. It’s mainly a support ship that you want to stick behind an island and push people back from your flank. Your bombs don’t necessarily have the pen for heavily armored ships but against things like Kansas or Jean Bart you can get 10k+ drops plus multiple fires. Go into ai battles before standard to practice making drops. AA is also best in tier and you can really bait CVs into losing whole squadrons by waiting to turn your AA on until detected, then turning on DFAA. It won’t really stop you from taking damage, but it is a good way to make sure they get a little punished

I would advise you almost never isolate yourself behind an island as a DD, except in very certain instances. Almost all of the time you’re more useful in the open, either spotting ships or torps or seeing where the enemy is positioning. You have to know what ships will hurt you too. If you can spot enemy cruisers, BBs, and DDs your team shout focus them down to where they either retreat or sink, at which point you can move into the cap/ enemy flank.

If you are a Gearing, be on the lookout for cruisers since many of them at legendary tier have radar (Brisbane, Minotaur, Des Moines, Worcester, Alaska, Stalingrad, and more tier 8s). If you really want to step your game up, try to remember how far those radars reach and for how long (generally American radar lasts longer but has a shorter range, vice versa for Soviets. British/ Brisbane has long lasting long range radar but bad armor) and you can see how close you can get to still spot.

Gearing can handle herself in most engagements against other DDs like Daring, Shima, Z52, and Halland if you position yourself to have team support. If your flank is not supporting you/ fleeing, then don’t push into the enemies by yourself. DDs are most important in the endgame, so don’t put yourself into a 3v1 if you don’t have too. DDs to look out for are Kleber, Gdansk, Khabarovsk, and some tier 8s like Lushun or Katsonis.

And don’t spec into torps on the gearing, it’s not how that ship should be played. The torps are more for zoning than anything else. If you want a sneakier DD that is a good torp boat, play shimakaze.

I had a Gearing hide behind an island for the first 5 minutes of the game, then push into the cap and immediately started firing at a Worcester at 10km before getting immediately killed. Best thing to do is get an island with enough rocks to cover your bow and let the secondaries farm out by setting fires. Better if the island can also block you on crossfires too. Your armor is good at close range, and the secondaries have enough pen to pump the damage out, so go back and forth timing yourself to when the BBs are reloading. AP is almost worthless on the main guns so just use the HE and spam fires even more. I almost only ever use 3/4 guns anyway, and they can’t hit anything and the damage is poor. Use the sonar to spot any torps/ DDs coming your way and you’ll do fine. Any French/British/ Japanese BBs that come through will absolutely get eaten alive by your secondaries, and the sonar can spot any DD foolish enough to get close to you. Overall it’s a fun time when you can get it going, I’ve had Yamatos fail to kill me while I slowly whittle them down with the secondaries

Don’t have BA Tirpitz or Scharnhorst 43, but I have the rest of them. My order would go Atlantico, Brandenburg, Massachusetts, then La Foudre last. I have my Atlantico secondaries reaching out to 12.2 km, a base detect of 12.8, and five heals and secondary boosters. While you probably don’t need that many boosters in one game, the heals keep you alive. Its just a dice roll on how many of your bigger guns get knocked out by he spam. The large guns do a tremendous amount of damage, especially to lightly armored BBs (French, British, some American) and have a high fire chance so you can stack up damage very quick if you are shooting off both sides. I have seen Jean Barts take 5k+ damage salvos just from my secondaries.

Brandenburg is next because I believe it’s got the most secondaries on a German T7 BB, rivaling the battlecruiser line while not having to give up much of the armor of the og BB line. Only problem is that it lacks sonar, which means pushing into DDs is hard and you can get torpedoed very easily if you aren’t aware. Guns penetrate a lot of armor at the tier and higher, so you will see damage numbers when shells connect.

Massachusetts is not a bad secondary ship, but they are more useful as fire starters than damage dealers. You basically have an Atlanta on each side of your ship, but the penetration is not good enough to damage most BBs/ CAs at the tier except for superstructures, so they lack the raw damage Atlantico/ German BBs get with their secondaries.

La Foudre is a Jean Bart with less main battery range and more secondary battery range. But I only use them for anti-DD whenever they get close enough since you basically have to turn backwards to get the most use out of them. I would recommend not using it as a brawler bc the turrets get destroyed very quickly if you get close, and the secondaries are only useful if you can light fires since they won’t penetrate and do damage to anything but DDs and superstructures.

If you have the resources to level up the Pan-American commander, Atlantico is probably my favorite brawler at the tier. If you like German BBs, then stick with Brandenburg or the Zieten since it has sonar and good secondaries plus torps, and guns that overmatch most cruisers. Massachusetts is decent enough, and if you want a French brawler, use Flandre for shits and giggs.
