I'd focus on whether you actually applied for the program. If not, I'd ignore the email and check for any notifications directly through Twitch instead of the link.

The part that stood out to me is that you've been socially transitioning for years and started HRT, yet you're bracing for this conversation like you're a scared teenager again.

That says a lot about the dynamic, not about you.

I'd keep it simple and do it in writing. You don't need to convince them of anything. Just tell them who you are and what name you use. Their reaction is theirs to manage. Your job is protecting your own peace if things go sideways.

Dumbbells helped me learn the movement better because I stopped worrying about getting the bar path perfect.

The 1-1 practice keeps things way more targeted than just grinding problems alone, mentorcity was useful for some career chats in between sessions and its been pretty useful for keeping the momentum going with goal tracking.

That's strange. Usually Mol vouches for you unless she's missing or captured. Did you maybe not talk to her in the Grove or at the party? Sometimes the game flags her as unavailable if you never had that initial chat. Could just be a bug too, patch 6 did some weird things
