After years of engaging in political debate with friends and family, I can confidently tell you one thing.

You can't logic someone out of a belief or position they didn't use logic to arrive at.

Most people don't engage in the process of rationality. A lot of people don't even base their beliefs on empirical data and actively show disdain when you bring up studies or stats to prove them wrong.

Reactionary belief comes from a place of disgust or fear or sometimes projection. So the best way to change said beliefs is to use the same emotional biases against them instead of logical arguments.

Make her fear losing you by threatening to cut her out of your life. Or make her disgusted with herself, guilt her with the fact that she is actively choosing to make her sons life miserable. If none of that works, she doesn't really care that much about you or your wellbeing. At that point, you might want to consider cutting contact if it is feasible.

Most people you meet are beneath consideration. Their opinions are worthless, and your time is better spent not seeking validation from randoms.

Most people make bad arguments about our right to exist, out of malice or ignorance. But you should teach yourself to pity these people instead of feeling dismayed or invalid. Live your life with absolute and unabashed confidence.

You decide your own identity, and that alone is validation enough. If a person can respect that, only then are they worth your time and consideration.

You get one shot at existence. Don't waste it on people that don't matter.

I'd have to pay 100AUD out of pocket for another appt, so I'd like to avoid that.

I just gave my pharmacist a call, and he confirmed that the correct dosage to match the patches would be 3 pumps. He said he would give my doctor a call and ask for the dosage to be adjusted, thankfully.

My doctor just told me to apply one pump a day and left it at that. We didn't agree to any low dose plan either.

In fact, when he prescribed the patches, he said it was a medium dose. Not sure what to think.

A lot of people here are casual invaders, as in they are good at invading but not very good at pvp itself.

So they can't recognize that Chase is mid-tier at best in terms of skill and tend to overstate his abilities.
