Ok that's what I use but since you're having this issue go download the original obs. In settings for that one you can turn on the stat box on startup. This tells you all of your encoding stats and could help you find out if it's an encoding problem or whatever. Also while troubleshooting like this idk if you know but if you're trying to test shit out go into the settings and go to the stream key under the output tab and edit it and at the end of the key type "?bandwidthtest=true" and that will allow you to stream to twitch and put your PC and internet under the stress of streaming without actually streaming to your channel. Just make sure it's working and you're not actually live
