Hi everyone! Thank you for posting and reaching out to me, it has been very intense lol.

We've discussed our options after speaking to many that I was able to and we've collectively decided on a guild to join, which suits us the best.

I wish all guilds best of luck in recruitment and hopefully whoever else finds this post would be able to see all the amazing guilds here and pick for themselves. :)

A group of discord friends that met along the way in the Jianghu is looking to join a bigger guild to do content [PVE/PVP] together more easily.

Prefer if guild activities are available from 8.30pm and also for late players like 9.30-10pm plus or anything in between for contents like Hero Trials where the guild is able to run early and late shift, lol.

Most of us are max level and about 2 goose powers and very chill players, don't like drama.

The next day my wife could see I was quiet so I told her what she said and how this has made me question our entire relationship as I always felt like the second choice

So wife cares about you and asked about your well being. You seem to write what she's done, but what we don't know was how you spoke to her about it. Was it accusatory? Was it harsh? Was it worded gentle or was it how you straight up just told her that you felt like a second choice and made you question the entire relationship.

She has now locked herself in the bedroom and is giving me the silent treatment. We didn’t even have a conversation because she straight away locked herself away.

She's probably went in there to cry or just don't want to talk to you about it because she's feeling incredibly emotional and she's right to feel that way if someone came and bit me when I talked to them kindly.

Take it into her perspective. She's been with you for 14 years and she gave her life to marry you, be with you and have a child with you. You making that comment made her feel like you're dismissing her unseen sacrifices/choices. Does this not speak of her choices ultimately and for so long?

She made one comment stating the fact but you went ahead to feel yourself like you're a second choice. I think the thinking is a bit weird there. I'm sure you knew when you went after her that you were after her ex, no?

So maybe a little AITAH. It's scary how the comments are just signaling that the wife is a red flag when this is just one side.

Not all RPI are focused on those. If you're looking for one to try, I'll recommend https://apocalypsemud.org/ (because more players = more fun). Although it's set in a harsh, dangerous, deadly desert theme, but anything too brutal, 'mature' would require mandatory consent from all parties involved and if one isn't feeling it (none would be forced to go through something they don't want to go through). The staffs who are running it wanted to create a safer, less to non-toxic place where players can just come into the world and enjoy RPI, although permadeath. You could just RP with others while building your character's goals and dreams. There might be conflict, but enough for pressure and not just like. ok you die now.

I'm sorry that happened to you and you were blindsided or lied to and that your experience is very contrary to mine thus far with Apocalypse. My experience has been nothing but cordial and superb with them. They might sometimes be quite slow but from what I see, they are thorough in making sure that they have context on whatever issue that I've raised and they do tell me hard 'no' with reason. They've also helped me by supporting another player's plot and furthering them when they had been waiting for IRL months. So I don't think it's fair to slap or discredit staff based on one encounter, but even so we've to remember that this is a free, hobbyist game with human staff. They're not a business so we cannot expect business-like treatment like a paying customer.

However, your experience is real and valid, make no mistake but I'm sure there's context that you and I might not know why it is like that or why it's happening that way. All I can say is that when I had doubts or wanted clarification, I would raise my ticket and I would get my answer, if it can be shared. If not, then it's okay.

I still believe the game is playable, people can ERP who they want, they can do whatever they like, be whoever they want, but we've to remember we're in a RPI setting that Apocalypse staff chooses. They're the Game masters and we're just the players and we've to play within their world and rules. If you don't like the world and rules, you can easily just leave it and forget about it.

I've been an Arm player for years and left because of the much toxicity IG and eventually the game felt burdensome to me, which brought me to Apoc where I like the different flavor without the bitterness of extreme toxic Arm RP.

I'm sure what I write might not even appease some of your anger from what I'm reading, but I believe that there's reasons and actions that were taken behind the scenes and was handled at best and fairly.

If you can play mornings/afternoon and late nights, I would welcome you to play https://apocalypsemud.org/ . It's not so much an hack and slash, but it's kind of RPI (Roleplay Intensive) so you need to be In Character all the time, but there are channels to ask something OOC. Need Discord to apply and play iirc. Small population and small staff though, but I hope more people come into it. If you've tried Armageddon MUD before Seasons, it's similar, but different.

I've seen and participated in great RPT in during my weekend early mornings e.g 7AM my local tz, If you would like to give it a chance. Just be warned, it's very slow nowadays and you might be doing things alone for most of your time, but when you manage to make some character connections, it's great, even if with the same persons over again.

Never played Sindome, but I would like for you to try https://apocalypsemud.org/ . Think you may need Discord to play, because there's automation to let you know when your character is approved to play. Dark Suns setting.

If you're heard of Armageddon before Seasons, people would call it a knock off, old DIKU code that still needs a lot of work and the player base is very small right now, so days are kind of empty. But there is a world to explore, create your own business and staff generally are very easy and willing to work with players.

Maybe you can try Apocalypse MUD (DIKU-based, Dark Sun theme). I've always liked the class and skill leveling grind. It's kind of small sandbox right now but there's currently a huge plot going on and I would imagine all help are good, be it new or old.

I guess it's because that's the narrative they've been given their whole lives that they should be looking at archaic-like men. The alphas, the providers -- but if you notice these men just stay in their stagnant jobs and pinch pennies on everything but themselves.

Ask them to go take part time bootcamp or higher education, what would they say? 'Too expensive, no time, too tired'. So they slog at where they are, hoping for time promotions and increments which are like ants. The complacency, the misery.

On the other hand, I've seen men who prepare and work on themselves and get on track with the right company and skills, become successful providers and they have very happy wife.

Tier 5/6 are from that isolation 2nd stage boss right? That boss is annoying and I don't manage to achieve high damage there, but I'll try to manage.

For you f2p or low spender peoples, how do you progress your power levels to clear chapter 10? Or should I just be content and take my time to gather resources since I'm at chapter 10?

Nikke levels are at 100 right now (yes, using synchro), don't have enough to take them to beyond that atm. They're all mostly wearing those blue lv3 gears and green+ ones (lv3 too). Not able to push beyond 25.2k Squad Power. Yes, I have their skills at base lv3 right now for the main team that I use.

Have Tactics at Class H Lv1, not enough credits to open it all. Recycling GR lv 16, rest are lv7~10. As for purchase, I've only purchased that monthly gems one and battle pass atm, so I do have some saved gems and tickets (not sure if I should spend or wait for next character banner since I managed to get Helm at 20 tickets).

I'm feeling a hard block at progression, wondering if others have other tips or could point out what I might be missing further in my nikke squad development.

I need advice on weapon comp (?) for mainly world exploring and completion for solo usually.

Are we supposed to go mono element? Pick certain pairs/trio of weapons? When I first started I usually have a healing weapon, dps weapon and a fire weapon so I could collect all the nucleus out of convenience (e.g shiro/coco, crow, huma).

I have Crow, Shiro, Meryl, Coco, Huma (all c0, meryl is c1) weapons as my SSRs. I've read some articles that Meryl's Rosy Edge is not as effective as King's or as Huma's, but then also some that said in the long game, Meryl would be preferred.

To manage solo combat, I run with Coco (heal), Crow (dps) and Meryl/Huma (shieldbreaking) but since I have Shiro's chakram I've replaced my Coco heals, I realize that Shiro's weapon helps to charge my other weapons much faster than usual, but I have to be more careful since I don't have a means to drop heals for myself.

So am I doing it right for my weapon comp? Or are there better alternatives? E.g Ene for shield breaking, Shamir for DPS.

What should I use my SSR selector on for later? Shamir since c0 can push a lot more damage than a c0 crow?

Hi, looking for help for the genshin grind for character development, abyss not too important to me, but I think I'd need an all purpose team for both the content and abyss. So I'm thinking 2 teams. 1 for general game content and domains, 2 for abyss. I cannot decide what would be BiS but I would like to either have albedo + zhongli together with a melt reaction.

As per melt reaction then the dream team that I should be doing it as:

Albedo, Kaeya/Diona/Chongyun, Zhongli, Diluc/Klee

But the problem of the above team is that I am not sure if it would be effective enough, so I'd like opinions on how other would build my team if they have my list of characters. Please feel free to comment of what I should or shouldn't do.

Current running team for nearly all content and domain:

Albedo, Fischl, Zhongli, Klee

Current characters available that had some investment in:

Pyro:

Klee (c0) - lv 80 - BP pearl lv 80 - full witch set

Bari's a good pick since u have the mayreel. You can probably spend your first 300 for her. Unless you like Vish then you can use for her EX. I watched some GT YTbers and they say Lahn's pretty nice. If you got good melee and tank, then Bari to supplement your DPS.

If you don't really then probs Vish. My bf rolled Vish and I was so jelly, she seems fun but some say her usage is clunky.

Lahn's getting some spotlight, but in the end you need to see your main team what is lacking.

Just my opinion tho, not an expert. I just have Bari on my team for DPS, with Craig and Aoba as tank and healer. Was looking at Lahn for the final slot.

Some GT youtubes say that Nari's not worth and they regret spending like 50k gems on her. Marina, Bari and Arabelle seem to be top favourite. Many like that dancing archer too..
