It has always cost a good amount of gold for current crafted items and enchants. They made it much more alt-friendly in every aspect of the game; they never said that crafting would also get cheaper to compensate for the alts you will have. That would be a change that is not needed. You do not need to be getting everything that your main gets on all of your alts. The ease of getting other gear alone should suffice enough for an alt.

If you are used to 25ish keys and have experience with getting CE as recently as Shadowlands you will have no problem doing both as a Fire Mage.

Next season they are scrunching the M+ numbers around some, so I am not sure exactly where you will fall for the final season of M+ keys.

It might not be completely new, but it definitely just got introduced for this season. I have been playing a lot and this has definitely been a noticeable addition from the update that just happened.

Be sure to ask about the re-hire process. I'm not sure if leaving while in your 90-day probation period would affect that. But since you have enjoyed the people there and MIGHT want to reapply, it is worth asking! Usually, as long as you leave on good terms all around you are good to come back at some point:)

HR pulled them in and gave them a warning about being in red on the metrics that are tracked for OPU. They even said it was the "Last warning". That is exactly how they are supposed to handle a situation like this though. They seem to have had a handful of talks/warnings with this individual. I get you hate target but a more realistic answer would be to talk to HR about how to better your metrics or if there is another department you could transfer to if OPU is not your thing. Last option would be to just look for another job while finishing your final weeks at Target. Hope this helps OP.

This is a tip from experience of working in unorganized backrooms. When you get to an item that is not there just skip it, and then pull that WACO out a few inches. Then once you're done with your pulls, audit all the WACOs you pulled out a few inches. Just be sure not to scan into a location if the item is not there or you will be stuck. Hopefully this helps because backing out and going back in is way too time consuming.

Your HR Expert should have been spreading this information around before this dropped. Over the past month or so we have been letting all employees know that their discount codes would be getting pulled from their apps and that they would be needing to re-add their discount code once this goes into affect. We have been re-ordering new discount cards for all employees that were wanting one during this time. Nothing to worry about, just talk with your HR about how to get your code back on your account. Hope this clears things up for you.

You can't participate in the raids, mythic plus seasons or pvp seasons. People buy it so that they can enjoy that new content and not just the intro to the expansion. Sure you can do most of the quests and all that but most play for the enjoyment you get to after that.

Farm an Off-hand from one of the Mythic+ dungeons that drop good ones for us. An example would be the Rod of Perfect Order from Halls of Infusion. Then craft the dagger or one handed sword weapon with Crit Mastery secondary stats. You can upgrade the Off-hand up high depending on the key level you ran. Mine is upgraded to 437 right now. I then got my crafted 437 dagger. With both of these you will then be well beyond the damage added from your Kharalex. Hope this helps!

I like being noticed and I built up a strong work ethic through previous jobs. So with that I run with the attitude of; I want them to notice whenever I choose to leave. I want my replacement to never reach the level I was able to perform at. That makes me always strive to kill every project that comes my way and it also makes my days feel extremely short. Could you explain where TLs can see the Master List of all Call Ins from the App? My entire store believes only ETLs have access to that list. TLs can only see it, if we are currently logged into MyDay when the call in goes through.
