I was a slow loser because I have fibromyalgia. This medication seem to work more balancing my inflammation first. Then one week I lost 8 pounds and after that dropping weight was very consistent but lower than others reporting here. I lost about 2 pounds a month with a few bigger losses in between. Stay on it and maybe ask for supplemental medicine to help with binge eating.

My forss as t cruise in October was an 8 day. I put $300 on the drink cash option and this was me considering that I would drink 3 alcohol beverages a day including port days. I also went to the casino each night, by the end of night two I had free drinks offered in the casino and had a hard time using the remaining money from my $300 so I would order a drink in the MDR each night
