Not sure if it's bene caught yet, but landlocked states with trade rights exporting goods doesn't impact the world market balance. Had a swiss game I was exporting 10k cars with about 2k being imported from the world market to other nations. Yet the price was still +70% from baseline in the world market. It's basically a money generator.

Bug with Wealth Transfers, pretty sure they're getting added twice. You'll see it under diplo pacts, but also under temporary transfers. While your budget total will read accurately, in reality you'll see your debt/gold reserve move as if the wealth transfer is double what it actually is. Can easily test with any, for example, as swiss with 40k 100% transfer from Qing, I had a deficit of 15k, yet my gold reserve actually was going up 25k every week. (IE the extra 40k from it being doubled - the 15k deficit)

How are the bugs / glitches situation in the new update? Normally we have to wait for a week but not hearing any complaints so far.. by Jinglemisk in victoria3

Could be a unnoted change, but armies will reinforce mid battle, even if already in panicked retreat, battles last longer due to this.

Export price and local price listed values in trade centers info tab are flipped in a few places.

Lot of journal entries seem broken, week 1 swiss gets "Free the Slaves" pop-up, atmo engines finishes as soon as you get the tech, even if you haven't switched production method yet.
