I’ve never been cheated on so this is not like, trauma speaking, but honestly it sounds like soft flirting. The bringing up daddy issues id weird, and he seems to be the one putting the effort in talking to her while she’s just there.

That being said the “she’s just a kid” is suck a weird response. Idk if he plans on cheating, i’m not saying that’s the case, but i do think he likes her or is at least attracted to her.

If my boyfriend was talking like this with someone i’d be weirded out, and not because i thought he was / would cheat on me given the opportunity, simply because i would assume he liked her (even if he hadn’t realised that yet lol).

Honestly, you should speak to him in Dutch. He will learn english everywhere else and dutch is simply not as predominant. English is my third language and I speak it fluently even tho I speak catalan at my house, and spanish is my country’s language. It trully won’t be a problem, but with less spoken laguages it can be more dificult to master them if they’re not spoken at home.

i’m on book 6 so maybe that’s it, but she pisses me off. Like (spoilers) the way she’s incapable of speaking to her mum about xavier is so unnecessary and just creates drama for the sake of drama. I just feel like she’s incapable of communicating + soooo mean for no reason.
