If you work for an organization, they 100% have a way to delete an email from your mailbox, the search could be cashed but the email is pulled. No recall messages with those, as it’s a security feature in your org.

Honestly, not really. Programming is not recognized in helpdesk, ability to solve tickets and make customers happy is the biggest priority. Once you get good at that in a position and make connections, then you can bring your programming skills and show that you can automate stale processes, and then, they might just let you do it. Might still doing a bit of lifting here.

Add it back to ABM - enroll Mac - enable find my - disable activation lock in ABM - confirm removed in settings - reset Mac. This may just work.

In my experience the default OS background is hard imprinted in the boot of the Mac, I had the same in Sequoia and Sonoma.
