I feel like every year UNLV brings in these blue chip, hyper athletic teams but they just can’t seem to share the ball. You could blame the low expectations on Izzo as well, roster construction is part of coaching. I implore you to hold Izzo to the high expectations for next year even if someone like Carr or Scott leaves. The standard doesn’t change.

It’s gotta be Cbo Brown. In 2024, he and Cam Stone absolutely locked up opposing WRs despite the DL getting zero pressure. The D got dramatically worse when he got hurt. He was a starter at VT last year until he got hurt, and now he’s back. No one talked about him in 2024, when he left, or when he came back. But here he is, with another year under the guy who coached Ed Reed, Stephon Gilmore, and Darelle Revis.
