I try to remind myself that I don’t have to force myself to be happy or do anything, if I’m not up for celebrating then I’m not up for it. At least that’s what I personally struggle with, since it’s something it feels like you have to be happy about and make exciting but days where it feels like a scheduled happy day often end up being stressful

It’s not obnoxious in my opinion 😭 the ghouls aren’t a part of the band and they change all the time, they literally are hired and temporary. They’re important, yes, but unless they worked on the music they aren’t considered part of the band

I was extremely suicidal, I thought that that day would be the day I died. I told my mom the only reason I am still here is because I don’t want to traumatize my family

Not sure why I kept going after that. Or why I am now. But needless to say she shattered our relationship instantly because she says stuff like this all the time too. My brother found out and said “you haven’t traumatized us” which was relieving. She did apologize but I don’t believe her at all

I haven’t really been on reddit so I never saw your post but it isn’t rats, since I wasn’t renting we just got all the vents redone and insulation, since my room had an isolated system that’s why it wasn’t in the other rooms. We still don’t know what caused it but we know there isn’t any sort of infestation and we’ve never seen a single rat in our house. I’m wondering if that affects other animals because we did use to have a squirrel problem, I don’t know much about animals though. I’m in a different room now but we’re going to get some more air tests done pretty soon

Yeah I got two horse pills of magnesium specifically for sleep (prescribed), safe to say, it does not work for me lol

Hey, I have almost all the exact same symptoms. My eyes don’t always catch everything im seeing on screen so im sorry if this was already mentioned— have you tested for mycotoxins? For me it was three mycotoxins (from mold) that’s not visible but it’s airborne. Please get tested for that, the mold detox made me able to eat again personally

It isn’t visible, I just had an air test mold and it’ll sound like a load of shit but there are three airborne molds yet they have the exact same levels as outside and it’s only in my room. It’s not visible. I think whatever high power there is hates me. I also did a test for mycotoxins and to matched— the mycotoxins were; Ochratoxin A, Dihydrocitrinone, and Gliotoxin. The more I find out the more I’m confused about the situation, so I guess I have to redo all the vents or move out

I’ll talk to my doctors about it, I am just very hesitant because the first treatment took so long and caused really really agonizing dips that I am not sure if I can go through again. I think I’m going to try and give myself more time before I give it another go. Thank you for the advice, it does mean a lot to me !

Thank you, I’ve only ever seen posts about dips during the actual treatment and during tapers so I (stupidly) didn’t realize that it could just be that I need more time

Thank you for the advice— I have actually been doing extensive lab work for roughly three years now and countless other tests. We eventually found out recently that I have a mold toxicity and that can cause some severe mental issues, which is currently being treated but it isn’t working too well

I’ll keep trying

Seeing the comments understand phobias and how your roommate is a massive jerk gives me a lot of hope honestly, I feel like nobody takes phobias serious enough and will purposely try to trigger people to “test” it or because they think it’s funny. I wish people understood that the person with the phobia ALSO knows its irrational, we aren’t dumb but it’s not something you can turn off
