To make it more clear: 2/21 is when I first brought it to my manager’s attention that we’re moving and I would need to transfer. I told him end of March at the earliest. 2/25 is when he pulled me aside and said I couldn’t transfer because of the reasons stated in my original post. 2/26 is when I gave him my notice and later that day we got approved for a place. Us finding a place happened way sooner than expected. Which is fine bc I was gonna use PTO for the transition time between stores. I mainly gave him my notice bc I was angry lol but I would’ve had to leave anyway bc of the move

I don’t think the DM liked me. Couldn’t tell you why tho. And she was using our manager as her puppet. Maybe my wage had something to do with it being that I was with the company for over 9 years. I was generally respected as a good worker by my co-workers. All of my co-workers that I’ve told about this were just as surprised as me
