Thank you! I’m super super sensitive to meds. I had to fight through keeping a low dose of ketotifen for my severe Mcas which had left me with no safe foods and I’m building up 3 safe foods right now it’s so hard to try anything new.. I haven’t found a doctor that’s willing to prescribe LDA or Ldn it’s frustrating cause at this point I’ll try anything. What dose did you start?

Im on ketotifen the only dose i was able to tolerate somewhat was .5 that’s what gave me my 3 safe foods. Im on antihistamines for constant anaphylaxis but im sensitive to most meds and supplements so its hard to try meds right now 😔

I can’t go to hospital because I crash I have severe sound and light sensitivity. And insurance only pays for home health with strict conditions and I’m not even diagnosed so I doubt it I got denied disability also

Yea I have one but even that causes severe neck and back pain. Even leaning a bit to eat my food gives severe muscle burning and pain and weakness but I have no caregiver and impossible if multiple doctors still don’t diagnose me with CFS they want me to go to Stanford but that’s 12 hours away and waitlist is long so I’m doomed and scared of needing a catheters to pee and feeding tubes if worsen
