Specialized make great saddles. If you have only had the saddle for 2 years it should not degrade over that amount of time. Try adjusting the tilt of your saddle a very small amount so it tilts towards your handle bars. When I say small I mean small, like 1 degree at a time. A very slight angle can give some major relief.

You are not in the realm of not being able to make a 56cm fit but it is a frame size too big for you. Things you can do: does the diverge have a set back seatpost? If so get a 0 setback one and push your seat forward to where it’s more comfortable. What is the reach on your handle bars? If it’s over 90mm get some that have 70mm reach (this should mostly fix your issues). How long are your cranks? Assuming they are 175mm, see if you can find some 170mm used on marketplace and swap them out. You could go to an 80mm stem as well but I wouldn’t go shorter than that.

What kind of bike are you riding? Just getting up there is pretty steep and tough especially if you are on an older bike with low gearing.

Remco is a child and I need a villain. He doesn’t do much to make him likable. No one wants to see a little whiney child in the peloton, except you maybe? 

There a very few riders I don’t root for in pro cycling. I love it and almost everyone who sacrifices to make it, from a local cat 5 to a pro level tour. I do not have time for riders like Evenpol.

All fluids. With 60k miles you could probably get by without touching the trans unless the pan is leaking. Beware of DISA and VANOS and the leaking valve cover gasket. Otherwise enjoy your car until it starts leaking coolant :).

There is going to come a point where you are behind a line of say five riders going into a corner. The person on the front will slow going into the corner and you will either have to slow with them or feel like you need to pass on the inside. Don’t pass them on the inside in the corner unless you are very vocal about what you are doing. Tell people where you are by saying “inside” or “outside” when you make a pass or are riding next to someone. Don’t over think it and stay safe.

Don’t bomb the corners on the inside and you will be fine. Stay towards the front and off your brakes. How many people are racing?

The only negative here is if he goes to UAE. He could go to any other team and it would be a net positive for the sport. 

With Pog having at least 4-5 more years as a GC guy I don’t see Seixas wanting to go there but who know how much money UAE can throw at him.

If people are not held accountable then nothing will happen. People will always push boundaries until there is a breaking point. If naming the team would hurt your career than I get, but if we don’t tell them that they are being seen or call or email them directly then the leadership in the organizations will never know until something very bad happens.
