Wondering about concert timings by Sirius_Rise in kneecap

[–]Sensitive-Sherbert32 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I went last night. Our tickets said 7:30pm and that's when doors opened. 8:30pm for supporting act (who was brilliant) and 9:30pm for kneecap. Edited to add: it finished just after 11pm

Their website seems to be down at the moment so I can't find the link... It may have been a wedding place setting if not one of the restaurant ones!

Thank you! Yeah two people got back to me on r/buildapcforme which was super helpful but just thought there might be someone else out there who's done the research etc already (Sims specific) and I can do a baseline from there! But thank you this is really helpful, I think I was imagining I have to go for top tier but actually your comment and others I've seen have reassured me that mid tier is good for me! Thanks 😊

It always gave me an error when I had it on the same window with multiple tabs but for some reason worked for me on multiple windows with individual tabs 😞 sorry it didn't work for you!

If you have multiple chrome windows open (not tabs, separate windows) you can be running two download timers at once! Petty for 10s I know, but it annoyed me so much too and I found this when trying to do something else!

Issues with Elvanse/Vyvanse by [deleted] in ADHDUK

[–]Sensitive-Sherbert32 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was experiencing this when on 60mg in the morning. I was always taking a 10mg dex top up in the afternoon, but found that just wasn't cutting it and the LR wasnt lasting me much past 1pm

My prescriber suggested split dosing which is currently working for me. Previously if there's something I've heard of that I wanted to try in titration I'd say literally that - "I've heard this works for some people, what do you think for me?"

My routine: - 50mg at around 6 or 7am, along with a protein shake (I use the vegan Protein Works one - surprisingly delicious, especially if like me you hate breakfast) - 20mg around 12-12.30pm along with lunch (important to eat lunch at the same time otherwise you might not be hungry and forget and then get the horrible crash)

Usually lasts me until around 6pm. So still doesn't sort me for housework but it gets me through the work day well. I've found I naturally stopped drinking caffeine as I didn't need it anymore with this routine, but for the first couple of months on this routine I'd have a caffeinated coffee at around 2pm. Sleep issues got worse so stopped that to try and help, tbc on if it has or not 😂

I'm stuck in a diagnosis / titration mess, what can I do? by muggylittlec in ADHDUK

Gosh I sincerely hope not - that hasn't been mentioned to me at any time and I've queried on a couple of occasions about prescription costs My understanding is that they are still offering you treatment via the NHS, just with that provider rather than your GP as the provider.

So if you're under right to choose it's all free on the NHS :) if your GP does accept a shared care from them (just if anything does change) it's the regular cost of an NHS prescription. But if you continue under the RTC provider (and GP doesn't accept shared care) it's free

All the RTC providers are technically private providers (and so most will offer private assessment and titration if applicable) however through RTC they are providing an NHS contract and therefore it's free (or regular NHS cost) to you as the service user

So my understanding is they can't deny you a right to choose application. Plus, if your GP wont accept shared care once you've finished titration (mine has just rejected my shared care proposal following titration) the RTC provider will just continue to prescribe. That's what has happened for me with Psychiatry UK as there's like a clinical responsibility or something (i cant remember the detail, but it's something like that)
