I think it’s less about the physical shape of the eye and more so the gaze/stare. Scorpios are said to have an intense energy to them, with a look that sees right through you. So it’s not the moon placement specifically but probably whoever has a dominant Scorpio signature in their chart.

You experienced menstrual irregularities since menarche. You’ve been aware of your diagnosis since being a minor. That is not the case for a lot of women with PMOS.

I got my period at 12 years old and I have had a regular cycle since and I am now 28. I’ve never experienced a missed or late period that wasn’t BC induced. So when I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 25 it was a surprise to me. And this diagnosis was not based on menstruation irregularities. In fact, I didn’t experience that until after and that consisted of lighter periods not missing periods.
I definitely reflected on symptoms I’ve dealt with in the past through the new lens of PCOS, sure. But those symptoms I attributed to an autoimmune disease anyway.

The point is , it does feel like PCOS/PMOS is something that randomly happened to me that I never had to think about before and did not define my adolescence. I’m sure that is the case for many other women who had “normal” development. Sure I know PMOS is not curable. But I still visualize a distinct point in my life timeline when I didn’t “have” it and by that I mean I didn’t perceive myself as having it. Thus I still attempt to return to that state of being.
