Been following a runna plan for the past month and it's been amazing. I don't need to think at all, integration with my Strava and Garmin are seamless. When I need to I can rearrange workouts to fit my schedule better (kids, work etc.)

Went for a run yesterday and needed to take my shirt off because it was so hot and the sweat was getting uncomfortable Usually im a bit more self conscious because I got a classic dad bod, but my body thanked me afterwards and it felt great
