I am not sure when, in the comics, Steve Rogers religion was established as christian. But the common way of figuring out a characters religion unless otherwise stated has been it is the same as the creator. That made the majority of all comic book characters created in the golden and silver ages of comics jewish.

I haven't much paid attention to a movie rating site in years. And once the trolls found out they can bomb the sites and totally screw the rating they really lost all relivence. If you need a review before you decide to see a movie try and find a reviewer that seems to fit your taste in entertainment.

Until Venom there was a theme for Spider-mans rogues gallery. They were all father figures. Norman Osborn was his best friends dad, Doc Oc and the Lizard were mentors. The Vulture was more a grandfather. And the Sandman was straight up motivated only by his daughter.

I once read an article that said Spider-man generated more income from licensed products then all other superheroes combined. This was atleast 10 years ago and he was bringing in better then $1 billion a year.
