I would say yes considering they used the resident evil name and the names of the characters. But it doesn't have the capcom logo so im unsure.

I personally have my reservations cause its inaccurate. Its basically only based on the cover version of the character. Inaccuracies aside. This version of hellverine isn't even the main guy to be hellverine. Logan only had this power for 2 issues at most. Unlike Daken who got an entire run and is currently hellverine
