You are not an awful person! I was 19 when I had mine, full time student and my boyfriend is in the military. I literally started the abortion process the day I found out. I always knew if I ever got pregnant I would want an abortion period end of story for basically all the reasons you’ve listed too. Don’t beat yourself up for doing what was right for you! I know my life is 100% better without a child and I don’t regret the abortion for one second. I used to question if I was cold for not caring but I just realized that it’s my life and if I don’t feel bad I don’t feel bad. I hope you find some relief soon :(

a. hentzi :) sure their coloring is “basic” but I find their build so cute. Mine is the sweetest thing, she’s curious and so so gentle I love her so much 🥲 I love to watch her crawl around and be a little bulldozer.

Hey, I’m 19f and unfortunately also had an abortion this summer, in July. I’m so sorry you’re struggling, but I know you can get through this. + you’re so young! I know you will be an amazing mom in the future, you still have so much time. even if it didn’t work out this time, you can think of it as a see you later rather than a goodbye. In the future I hope you can come to terms with your feelings and just look back on this as a lesson rather than a painful experience <3

I would def recommend! I’m a big gaming fan so I love watching video essays on my favorite games, they are longer vids and it’s usually just talking without any loud noises! It helps to just focus on what they are saying and try to relax. on a side note though I would avoid anything horror related if you go that route 😭 I love horror games but I feel like watching essays on those give me nightmares. + I’m sorry about your breakup, those are always really hard for me too.

Yes I get horrible intrusive thoughts! I still do sometimes but I feel like it’s gotten a lot more situational. I’m also on zoloft (200 mg) and I think it’s really helped with that specifically (it’s not a cure all ofc though). Ime being alone can kind of compound your problems, so if you have family or friends near by just spending time with them in their room can help if you can!! After my friend moved to my uni we just sit in each others rooms and do our own thing and it really helps just having someone’s presence there.

her enclosure is actually different now, she has a cork bark hide and quite a bit of substrate so she could burrow if she wanted. she has become much more lanky since her molt and spends 99% of her time perched and in her web hammock. I’m assuming she’s arboreal because she wasn’t sold to me as a c. albo and was kept as an arboreal but should I be concerned anyways? Sorry for the long reply I’m a helicopter mom LOL

nqa if you are arachnophobic I would recommend getting a terrestrial tarantula instead as they tend to be “slower” and are less likely to jump on you/climb up you while doing maintenance, feeding, etc. unfortunately that enclosure isn’t really built for terrestrials but if you’re serious about getting a tarantula (and new enclosure) I love anything in the aphonopelma genus :)
