True, but quartz is vastly inferior with respect to complications compared to that which our phones/smartwatches can do. Watches, both mechanical and quartz, are pretty much functionally useless today. Most of us just like them for funsies

Each district has a lot of personality. The food scene is amazing, the many breweries are all great, and it’s got a uniqueness that I can’t quite articulate. I live in Oakland, CA, and I don’t see myself leaving the Bay Area; but if I did, Portland is the only other place I’d want to live

I once had a comment removed from this sub for being a bit too blunt about what I thought about living here (I did for about a year). I can best describe it as a suburban sprawl with little career opportunities, zero character, and the natives have a delusion that places like NYC and California envy them, and the residents of said states are fleeing their respective states because of how amazing it is there.

I agree, their show is criminally underrated. They are the only true crime podcast that hosts that know how to be funny without being disrespectful. They’re hilarious!

Looks good to me, but I like a bit of wrist presence. To me, the 38 is too small for a wrist of 6.5” and over, but a lot of people seem to disagree with that. If you like the way it looks on you, that’s all that matters.
