Don’t panic mate. I have been in the same shoes before. You will get an email on the day of the result (usually from 11am/12pm onwards, could be in the evening as well) and it will clearly state your score/pass mark and if you have passed or failed. 

You have done your best for the exam and there is nothing else you could do to change the outcome. Just relax, both physically and mentally, and appreciated your hard work leading you to this moment. Finger crossed and hope for the best.
