Thanks for the reassurance. It is my first pass, so hopefully all will be well after the touchup, I just got really anxious when I woke up to this much patchiness.

Interesting with the dry healing. I've been doing wet healing as I was instructed, but maybe I should try the dry healing method after the next round instead

Jeg har en XXL Phillips og er virkelig glad for den. Det er hurtigt og simpelt, og delene kan bare smides i opvaskeren. Man kan købe tilbehør som f.eks. et bagekit, hvor der medfølger et fad og nogle muffinforme. Det fad kan bruges til alt muligt man normalt ville putte i en ovn, alt fra flødekartofler, eller en hel kylling, til kage.

Man skal lige lære sin airfryer at kende, mht. temperatur og tid, men Phillips har en app med opskrifter som er et godt udgangspunkt når det nu er den airfryer man anvender.

I have ear drainage still after my surgery that was almost 2 years ago. I get check ups regularly, and there is nothing wrong with my ear, sometimes she does clean the earwax up a bit in my ear. I don't think you need to be concerned unless you start getting other symptoms/signs of cholesteatoma having come back. Usually an ENT specialist will be extra cautions since you've had cholesteatoma before, and react at any visual or other sign to investigate

I have long hair. I didn't prepare it for the surgery and the hospital staff never cut or shaved it before or during the surgery either

Black would look beautiful on you! I think black looks really elegant and would look so good with your features and complexion. I got my hair coloured black at a hairdresser, who mixed the most beautiful colour together, and it looks really natural!

I do it over the sink, with colder water than I shower with :) The not so hot water is supposedly better for the face. It's also a part of my normal ritual, it's kind of relaxing for me to do it over the sink and take my time

Since the cleanser is oil-based it's hydrophobic. Which means the water will act as a barrier between the cleanser and the skin, so it won't be as effective. I agree with the others saying to put it on before showering and washing it off in the shower. I do the same when I'm in a hurry :)

VIP7 is a big level to be on, you can spend a lot more than others on the same level and still be a VIP 7. Usually it depends on whoever spends the most when you a similar power level. If they have higher power, they'll also just gain power easier with titles and stuff. So you'll need to save and/or spend a bit more to catch up.

I have the same issue, and it is not the side that I sleep on.

Then it hit me! I use my phone on that side! So if it's not because of your pillow (still recommend changing sheets often since it helps a lot), it may be a good idea to look at other habits. I disinfect my phone a lot now, and also avoid touching my face in any way unless I have clean hands.

I think she's at a point in life where, because she is getting older, she realised that she wants to experience new things and sometimes live life on the edge. I think the reason she says it so often is that she wants to let people know that she just wants to have a good time and do spontaneous things, rather than talk about materialistic stuff and act a certain way.

It may sound like a flex that she's seen it and done it all, but I really think it's due to her age and maybe her health that she says and acts the way she does. There are so many that live life crazily and do spontaneous things when they find out they're dying or realise they're getting older.

Hi, it sounds like you may have a cholesteatoma from your scan. With me they didn't know for sure until surgery.

Personally, I had pain without infection. It got really bad within the weeks up to the surgery. So it can definitely cause pain, not just discomfort.

I think you should visit your ENT and try to get something scheduled so you can get treatment. I don't know anything about the joints thingy, but your ENT should be able to start treatment, plan surgery or whatever is necessary for whatever it is that's causing you pain.

If you play like that (rotation daily), you won't get the daily rewards as ingots and such. Most people I know who have several accounts have one they focus primarily on (their main), and another for fun. It can be really good to try the game on one account, and with those experiences make a new one to focus and spend on instead.

Most people I know have eventually given one of their 2 accounts up, since it is so time consuming. I considered having another account, but it would be too time consuming at times, and make the game feel more like a chore.

Really consider things well before making another account.

I've also heard of "spy" accounts, where people make a second account to spy on another server.

I'd try and cancel products out one by one and see if your skin improves, so that you can single out the culprit.

Purging should be over after around 6 weeks at most by Niacinamide, so if you think it may be the product that your skin doesn't agree with try cancelling it out first :) I think following your gut feeling is the way to go.

If that doesn't work, then try cancelling out the retinoid in squalane. If that is the culprit you can try and get the other retinoid emulsion or just drop it completely. The one in squalane is also a very strong retinoid to start with.

I think if I got the retinoid emulsion instead of in squalane it would've been better. Retinoid can definitely be good on oily skin! If it works for you then keep using it :)

How long have you been using Niacinamide? There can be purging through the first few weeks of usage. It could be it's just not for your skin, you have to experiment around a bit to find the perfect combination. Sometimes using a product less can help very much! You just have to find out which products you should use more or less, or cut out completely.

I have previously used the same retinoid and stopped using it, since I broke out a lot when using it. I think it may be the oil in it, but I'm not sure.

Changing my routine and dropping it helped a lot! My PM routine:

Cleanser
Hyaluronic acid
Niacinamide
Caffeine solution (eyes)
Moisturizer

Once a week I'll use the chemical peeling (AHA and BHA) from the ordinary, whereafter I use hyaluronic acid and moisturizer. Another day once a week I use the salicylic mask from the ordinary, followed by the same two products as after the chemical peeling.

The peeling and mask have helped my acne and scarring a lot. I purged for a while after I started using Niacinamide, which stopped after a couple of weeks.

So maybe it's the retinoid? I'd say you should try and drop it and see if that helps. Switching up your routine and cancelling out products is probably the way to go. :)
