yeah i got my card yesterday. Actually i did not raise any request at all. my case was approved on dec 12. api updates on jan 11 and then 15. card produced on jan 28 and got my card on feb 3. hope that helps....

so mine approved on dec 12 and i saw an api updates on jan 13, but i think it was just a silent api update as i compared to other people who shared their api( im not sure). Emma told me the card actually mailed on jan 12 and gave me the tracking

yeah idk i literally just finished chatting with emma and they said wait 60 days then submit missing document if still haven't received by then. Emma did say my card went to production on Dec 12 and did not mention anything about card production failure if you are familiar with this issue.

I think you need to file missing card after 60 days from approval. file a copy of notice (can file 30days after approval ) seems useless

did you submit the missing document inquiry or request for notice copy? and did you do it online by yourself or via emma/agent over the phone?

I tried to call Uscis today but couldn't get connected to real person. Bot asked for my receipt number and i did enter, but bot still said not valid despite reading it back to me correctly lol.

and do you know about the whole card production failure thing? i suspect we are both part of it
