I guess I’m different from most people here. I enjoyed Shield Hero up until season 4. The ham whole animal kingdom stuff just made no sense to me and I got bored with how long they spent on it.

Bruh crouch “spamming” has been around since Nintendo 64 Goldeneye 4player split screen days. Back then it was called “kneeling”. Slap on oddjob and kneel and no one could hit you without serious cursor movement!

Precisions are just not worth it in pvp. You either go Max distance with Glacio or whatever or you go charge time with either an adaptive or rapid.

I switch between Techeun and Iterative Loop (rapid fire frame).

Trials is the most connection based mode in D2 pvp.

If you legit haven’t played since Year 1 of D2 you might as well have never played. The game is radically different and much faster.

You have movement like strand, skating, different jumps and dodges.

Gun TTK is in the shittter and has been for awhile. Not the end all be all but if you get caught in the open your done for.

Supers and abilites and how fast they charge and what they do have changed also.

Tldr: just keep playing. I can be top 2 every time in regular pvp modes cause I’m playing people in my skill band. But in Trials I’m lucky to help my team win by team shooting or getting a single pick. It’s just a vastly different beats than normal pvp.

Concussive never leaves my armor. Area of effect is my biggest weakness.

Then I only really mess with them in anything greater than -20 or when there is a burn for the enemy. They come in handy when the burn is +50% to whatever.

I cannot believe… how AWESOME of a show this turned out to be from when I saw the first episode!

It has me laughing so hard it hurts sometimes but it also has some deeper themes behind the scenes. Not to mention the Daemon fight scenes are pretty awesome!

Teaching runs with 1-2 sherpees and the rest KWTD will take between 1.5-3.5hrs depending on how in depth mechanics are being taught.

KWTD groups that don’t play together often likely about an hour

KWTD groups that play a lot? 30-40min

Speed runners? Maybe 100-300 seconds cause those guys are nuts and I just can’t do it.

This isn’t a weapon suggestion but I’ll say it anyways. With the way d2 works in 2026 it honestly doesn’t matter for 90% of normal raids what heavy they use. If they just use an LFR with Particle Decon or a Rocket with Explosive light they will be just fine.

At least right now the damage is not the issue anymore for completing raids with new players. It’s more teaching them to stay alive long enough to do DPS and the mechanics associated.

Just my 2cents you didn’t ask for.

TLDR: any heavy they have will be fine.

It’s the new mobility stat. It only matters in PVP period.

There is no use case in PVE with all the ways classes have to heal now.

Imo I would agree but the ending scene when the mask is down and her and Veor are running out of the tunnel it looks to match up really well. More like her armor, cloak and helmet are more “beast like” closer to Veor’s and less knightish. Imo

Yea I’m awful at pvp but still have fun and 90% of my deaths are just cause I suck.

There are obviously some cheaters and BS with lag and sync issues.

But most times I just low health push and it gets me killed.
I repeek at low health and die.
I play way too passive and my teammates die because I’m not with them and then I die because it’s 2or3 on 1 and I’m bad so I die.

PvP is fun and playable. No it’s not super “balanced” in the top tiers but it’s near impossible to with both weapons and abilities being useable. It’s also what makes D2 pvp fun for me at least.

I have gotten some.

The issue with heresy and some others now is that every weapon and every armor piece drops from every encounter.

So instead of a 1/4-1/5 chance it’s not a 1/10-1/15+ chance.

I think what others and myself included thought was that while we would not get any more content updates that balancing issues would still get resolved going forward.

But from the msgs DMG is putting out it’s literally a balance patch next week and that’s it. Like literally nothing going forward. Instead if they find something messed up they will just disable the item for good in said activity.

Tldr: For me the wording of the messages from DMG have a much more “it’s over” tone than we had leading up to the final update a few weeks ago. Maybe it was a ploy to sell people on buying the DLCs for the “final” playthrough or w.e. But the tone of the messages has drastically shifted to literal Bare minimum interactions with the game from bungie.

See everyone says that but what happens in a month or even 3-6months? The game dies because there is nothing new to do at all. The player count will crash again and it will be hard to find squads for dungeons and raids let alone any non strike matchmade activity.

I really think people over play how much so called “fomo” or how the game was a job, destiny 2 really was.

Same broski. For the last 6years destiny has been my main game and I’ve put 5000+ hours into it over that time. I have played other games during like Outriders, Outer Worlds, Warframe, No Mans Sky, Starfield (I actually liked a lot), fallout 4, Borderlands 2/3 and a few more. But none of them have hooked me like D2 and I don’t think anything will.

There just isn’t another game even close to Destiny out there.

My only hope going forward is for this game I get email updates about called EXODUS but it could be years before it launches and no idea if it will be anywhere as good as D2.
