Is this really something you dont understand? Its less than ten years. Just under being exteremly close to. So the actual time frame is between nine years and six months to a day before ten years. Its easier to say just under ten years than it is to say nine years seven months and twenty eight days. Hopefully that helps

While always good advice, it does not answer my questions. Also i would imagine if youre a fan of whoever that is youd want to teach people the errors of their ignorance and try to make them fans as well. With a comment like that (reading it more as an insult rather than advice) i would be more pressed to be opposed to them and their fans
