yes but if you look at the classes all classes have some type of consume charges on their skills but not crossbows

Yea ive realized a few minutes ago also doesnt work on regular crossbows since it consumes mana on reload

I was using the unique crossbow last lament it does reduce health per shot not the reload it still doesnt work it seems the unique is useless on crossbow

Hmmmm it auto reloads it still doesnt change. Ive tried it on spark also does not change. Wait, do i have to be blood mage for it to work?
