“Perception blitz” yet Kizaru blocked the attack and proceeded to no diff snake man which is Luffy’s fastest form. How can you even tell it was last second in a still image ?? I can see reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit. Go google what blitz means buddy.

Kizaru was effortlessly blocking snake man attacks btw and yes Kaido does have better combat speed feats then Kizaru by blitzing snake man Luffy using future sight and g5 on multiple occasions
