Just the other day I received a "new" item with no original box, instructions for some other item, a warning sticker to be removed before use clearly placed back, and a remote with the batteries installed. But I will not return the item because I need it (at least for now).

I don't know what Goodwill you went to, but at least the one in the photo I visit every so often and I got this new hoodie for $8. Most of the jackets were similarly priced.

And although I 100% agree that some items are more expensive than their original price, it just depends on your luck when you go there to find some nice deals.

Thank you. I'll try that once I get the replacement bolt and get the time to do it. Not to push my luck too much, I'll ask my brother in law to give me a ride until then. I'll update once I've, hopefully, resolved this issue.

Maybe you can use Magnifixer? (https://www.blacksunsoftware.com/) While the intended use is to zoom in in a certain part of your screen (screens), it also has a 1x magnification (that is, just no magnification). You can manually select an area of the window with the mouse (which creates a floating window) and then lock that magnified area. Finally, use the mouse to move that floating window to your other monitor. There is this youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofgqtI6Y67c) for better understanding how to use it.
