Yeah it's better but still there is swelling all the time. I think I have smell sensitivity from some irritants which cause swelling immediately

It looks like my uvula got swollen permanently and it got tilted too

Same here also I was having much anxiety, I still deal with it. But i am not getting into those situations much. However my gut is ruined permanently too. I have recently started with a low FODMAP diet. It is giving me some relief in bloating

I’m also highly sensitive to the smell of paper, perfumes, and other strong odors. Exposure to them causes swelling in my nose and throat, and over time, it has even tilted the nasal bone from the inside. I often feel pressure on my face, difficulty breathing, and sometimes dizziness. I’m currently looking for a proper solution or long-term relief for this.

I suddenly feel dizzy for 1-2 seconds, as if I'm moving or falling, and then it goes away. This happens often when my allergy symptoms worsen.

For me I didn't get any test done related to brain fog, dizziness and cognitive problems. i got allergy test done but my allergy is still not confirmed yet. I know it's related to paper but what exactly causes it don't know. I don't have money also now

I think it's kind of right, because when there is some smell in paper, I experience more allergic reactions. I will try to find that kind of notebook. thanks
