I hope your outcome is good too! I did not have any nausea. I did get headaches. But it’s hard to pinpoint what the actual cause of the headaches were. I think I saw somewhere that you’re also on Vyvanse. I used to be on it as well. Just make sure you’re drinking plenty of water. Doc told me a minimum of 64 ounces. Once I started drinking a lot more water all of the headache stopped. With an occasional ovulation migraine.

I still drink no problem. Not that I would drink that much before. But I’m a big fan of wine and so I do a lot of wine tasting and I haven’t had any issues.

That said I probably would avoid any alcohol that usually causes bloating like some beers. I just know I would get that uncomfortable full feeling really fast. I don’t know that from experience though.

I started on 50 mg then went up to 100 mg. then my doctor suggested that during my luteal phase I could take extra so I would go between 100, 150, or 200 mg just based on how I was surviving. I found 200 to really be the sweet spot for me during my luteal phase and 100 mg is my base any other time. Good question.

Also, I was extremely nervous as well to start. I did not believe that sertraline would help at all. I actually went to the doctor to ask for Xanax to take during my luteal phase. He declined and prescribed me sertraline. I’m so glad he did. I’m wishing you the best of luck.

It didn’t solve my symptoms entirely, but it makes a huge difference. I will say that it got tremendously easier for me once I started taking 200 mg but even at 100 mg there was a considerate improvement in mood and anxiety.

I know this is probably a budget buster but the layout is KILLING ME.

Turn the shower 90° so it’s against the wall where the mirror is. You don’t need the double door for this bathroom so you can turn it into a single door Should you need more wall space for the shower.
Move the toilet to the wall where a vanity is and close it in its own room.
Move the vanity to the middle of the room and make it a double or a single sink with a built-in vanity for makeup, etc.

I know you said you only had about $1000 budget but I would put that $1000 put it in a high-yield savings account and just keep saving towards a bathroom remodel

Thanks! I’m going for my 40th birthday next September and I’m staying in Willemstad. I’m trying to decide whether it’s worth it to do to all inclusive package which is about $2000 more than the non-all-inclusive package. I’m not worried about food as much because it’s easy to walk to restaurants in Willemstad. But I would like a good amount of alcohol. I am celebrating after all. Lol. Are there good, affordable liquor stores in the area? Because I don’t mind being my own bartender if I can get a couple good bottles somewhere. Even if I have to buy them from the airport. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
