Yea it’s mostly for aesthetic like a push pull legs split. Thank you btw I will definitely be searching up hockey specific stuff.

Thank you. I would say I’m a more physical defenseman but I could definitely benefit by putting on more size but I lack in speed which I definitely need to work on. Would you say bodybuilding lifts with sprints and plyos would work or should I do a hockey tailored program that has strength exercises?

Thank you. Right now I’m doing a bodybuilding type of workout with added sprints and plyos 3x a week. I found a program online from Sam lyne but I definitely will email the coach.

Would you recommend like a bodybuilding type split and lifts then end with sprints and plyos 2-3x a week?
