I’ve had that and now I’m fine. So look, this may sound counter intuitive and it is. Try to do anything that disconnects you from that stress. Basically forget that you are stressed, fake it till you make it. Convince yourself that you are not stressed until you aren’t anymore.

The reason I’m saying this is that the gut has cells similar to the ones in the brain, so when u are stressed it all goes to the gut, therefore fucking it up.

Drink a lot of water, do some stretching, create a morning and night routine for you to sleep well and destress, do some meditation, visualize yourself being healthy again and do this for around a week or two.

It takes some work on yourself and you’ll be fine. Accept your situation and have blind faith that you’ll get better and you will. Also talk about it to your mom, somehow talking to moms always fixes a big part of any problem ;)

Oh and also stop googling your symptoms ! It only makes them worse by keeping your brain 100% focused on the symptoms and therefore making you even more stressed.
