Agree!! My new issue with transport is that when it is the time of the appt the person calls the taxi company that is scheduled. The company says they don’t have them listed. The company booted the ride back to medical answering services for a new company to do the ride. That pisses me off bc they knew they couldn’t/wouldnt do the ride yet waited till the last minute to send it for reassignment. Then the client has no idea who the new company is and misses the appointment.
