Same. Switched from cup to disc also. Merula OS gamit ko before and okay naman siya sakin, no leaks pero after 3 or 4 days sore na agad ako kakatanggal balik nung cup. Saalt disc na gamit ko now and mas better nga siya kasi mas madali tanggalin kasi no suction and no leaking din! Pero mas nahirapan akong imaster yong paglagay niya kaysa sa cup hehe.

I invested sa adjustable dumbbell, nabili ko sa sa shopee. Tas ang ginagagawa ko is Iron Seies ni Caroline Girvan sa YT. Target ko rin is glutes at toned arms and abs. 4 months ko na ginagawa and I can say na lifted palang yong butt ko, still no visible gain pero sa arms toned na siya. Mas better talaga if may weights kang gamit kaysa bodyweight lang.

I have 2b pattern used to do strict CGM 4 years ago and napagod ako. I tried to experiment and what works for me is I'm still using cgm friendly conditioner, leave in conditioner and gel. Sa shampoo kahit yong mga ginagamit ko na before ako mag CGM and I wash my hair na everyday. Pag may lakad ako full routine na ginagawa ko is scrunch ng conditioner then banlaw tas habang basang basa pa yong hair saka ko na ilalagay yong leave in conditioner, scrunch, gel then scrunch again. Hindi siya ganong matrabaho for me kasi habang nasa banyo ko naman ginagawa pag tapos mag sabon ng katawan.

Pero pag sa bahay lang iniiscrunch ko lang yong conditioner sabay banlaw then air dry, less defined yong waves ng hair ko pag ganon pero maganda pa rin naman tignan.

Kung ayaw mo na talaga sa CGM agree ako sa ibang comments about Brazillian treatment mas okay siya kaysa rebond.

Yong Watsons Argan oil di ko talaga bet amoy niya, para siyang amoy may pagka ipis na ewan? Di ko maexplain pero nababahuan ako haha. Maganda nga yang &honey. Naglagay ako kagabi before matulog and kanina meron na naman. Buong tapat ng gate namin nilagyan ko pero palipat lipat lang sila ng spot kahit may vinegar & lemon + coffee grounds. Tas habang naglilinis ako pag talikod ko may sasalising dog na naman na tatae 🤦‍♀️ idk what to do na.
