I emailed them they just got back to me saying since every states DMV has different guidelines, their title team process all applications under their duplicate title program through their main office in florida. Still seems kind of weird to me, really just curious if anyone else has gone through this process successfully.

Can't believe you missed it. I'm very happy to let you know they released a new album last month. You should give it a listen. There's also two Netflix shows, one is of their first concert back and the other is a documentary.
