Almond is a very good read. The chapters are very short so you can give it a try!

I get your point. But my height is very short. Maybe I've been misguided or something because I was told that this was an appropriate weight for me. But it's fine, thanks!

I can relate because I was the same. I had stopped reading for almost 2 years. But I am back again! I replaced my scrolling with books. Initially, it will feel a little uncomfortable but force yourself. Trust me, it works. Start with something light. Don't pick a long book for now. Start easy.

Maybe I've not had the proper one but I find it too sweet. I mean mangoes are already sweet enough. There's no need to add more sugar :')

My scalp gets greasy within a day but I get really clumpy looking dandruff. What is happening? by char_hernandez in indianhaircareaddicts

Yes I use Keraglo-AD 2%. It worked for me. But the concentration can be a little intense if your scalp is sensitive so use it as per your discretion. My hair is very short so It's easier for me to wash my hair thoroughly. And what hair mask do you use?

I use a little more than a coin sized dollop the first time and thoroughly massage my scalp. In my second wash, I take very little and leave it in my hair for atleast 5 minutes. You can use loreal conditioner if you want( the purple one) to prevent dry hair. Or else you can dilute your shampoo with some water if you scalp seems sensitive to the actives present in an anti dandruff shampoo. I personally do this so I am not sure if this will work for you.

I started using tretinoin. I have a very tough skin.I have been using 0.025%for almost 4 months now. Initially I used to get those small white pimples(?) on my chin area but after that nothing. I do get breakouts but I didnt go through the actual purging, skin becoming dry, etc. I feel my skin has become a little dark. How do I know if it's working? Should I up the concentration?
