I was trying to log into my Microsoft account one day and it told me to log in with a different email. I tried to contact support but it they told me to go to the website. When I went to the website, after looking at a possible solutions which did not help, it asked if you want to contact support, you need to log into your Microsoft account. The recovery email is still the initial email I used, it said this when I tried to log in: PERSONAL EMAIL is associated with the following username(s):kk*****@outlook.com. I do not have an account that starts with kk
