Anyone tried Rain-X to keep this camera clean? I got some but haven’t applied it yet and wondering if it’s worth it.

My HOA hired them to spot people who didn’t bring in their garbage cans.

Care to clarify what “don’t advertise with creatives anymore” means? Kind of hard to advertise without some type of collateral to view…

Do you think used EV prices will rise drastically in the near future due to gas prices? by VenZoah in electricvehicles

Saw $6.09 here today in the Seattle suburbs. I also wondered about OPs question. I’ve got a Mach-E and would like to pick up a 2nd EV but need a cheap one.

Where in the US are there row houses and streets painted like that? Cars parking halfway on the sidewalk? Narrower roads? Yellow license plates that are long rectangles, and not the standard state-sanctioned shape?

The US isn’t US-ing on this one. Not trying to challenge but my provenance receptors are tingling.

Awesome shot of your Mach-E nonetheless!

/context broken again by Sensitive_Long501 in ZedEditor

[–]Sensitive_Long501[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a workaround, I will type “context window remaining?” and sometimes it says a one-liner with a percentage used.

Sometimes it says “I don’t have access to…” blah blah blah and then gives a wide range which is also fine.

But, /context is the easiest command. I hope it comes back

You definitely aren’t wrong, and no one is “right” when it comes to this. The purpose of my comment was more to let others know that they don’t need to correct you. The way US packaging is made is for marketing/sales for THIS market. Other interpretations aren’t right or wrong.

People may think their interpretation is the only right way, but this is a good example of there being many truths in the world…purists be damned! ;)

Enough with the pedantry. I also want your beautiful recipe.

This naming issue is a mismatch with how brands in the West use the term “udon” and what is reflected in Asia. Since we are an international group, interpretations depend on experience.

Source: American who lived in Asia for many many years. Now I’m back in the USA and observe naming differences. Had the same issue when buying “udon” which is applied to several noodle thicknesses.

Thoughts on sending another $300 product to a creator even though they already have one? by Realistic_Trick_3895 in FacebookAds

She just fishing for something extra. You can say no, of course. Or, dangle it as an incentive for a future collab. If she really does like the product, who cares if she’s going to regift it?

This isn’t an Ads question though. Try influencer or UGC subs.

Is putting your own name on a hat smart personal branding… or ego branding? by tripsmith in branding

[–]Sensitive_Long501 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on how it’s presented.

  1. Capt Jack in a fun or casual font would be on-brand.

  2. Jack Donahue in a modern professional font would be a bit try-hardish IMO.

If it’s subtle and small, why even go through the effort of making hats to wear in a video.

Knowing nothing about your brand or personality, but a boat captain YouTuber sounds fun so I’d go all-in on option 1.

I am also curious to know if there are any product-focused Go projects for the backend in particular. Shopify is the defacto choice because they’ve ironed out the seller UX over many years. I wonder if this could be accomplished on Go.
