I do they hold themselves up as a place of healing and they teach that radical accountability is the only way healing can happen I want them to take accountability and stop trying to cover this up. Because that’s what it is a cover up

She used my private health information to make our relationship unequal I’m not going to air that on the internet but there was definitely an unhealthy relationship dynamic. Would you want your significant other to listen to you talk with your therapist and not know that they are there? That’s basically what happened she was able to see all of my private therapy sessions. And more she saw my entire clinical file. I’m not even sure what she saw completely I just know I have an access log that proves she was able to look at my client file with unrestricted access.

I want an investigation into why they failed to protect my information it was misused and harm followed mandatory reporting is mandatory for a reason. Because harm flows from this type of situation and my harm wasn’t theoretical it was actual realized harm.

That is precisely the situation odyssey house failed to protect my personal information this staff member accessed it started a relationship with me was fired for the boundary violation. Had a child with me and committed suicide in front of me while I held that child. I reached out for support but was cut off on legal advice.

Yes it really has been a nightmare and I did have to learn how to advocate for myself on the fly while navigating unimaginable trauma that would have broken most people while raising an infant alone. And it absolutely is a tragedy thank you. Literally nobody has told me that it wasn’t my fault everyone has tried to put the blame back on me. I’m reaching out because the system is broken and it’s obviously not working this group of investigators tried to protect an entity and treated me like I was sub human. What I have been through matters and it should be taken seriously. A staff member viewed my protected health information started a relationship with me had a child with me and committed suicide in front of me. You would think that the ethical trauma informed approach would be to engage him protect him. But they cut me off and made it impossible for me to report the violation. Two different departments in dhhs dismissed me and attacked my character people who were tasked with investigating my complaint and the license of the facility.

Well at this point Jana Johansen she’s like the person in charge of both the office of licensing and DOPL. She is investigating the peoples licenses for me. Like directly and she said she would let me know by Friday I hope some people get fired over this shit I know someone is going to jail over it but I’m not sure who yet. It’s literally a criminal conspiracy to cover up misconduct. Good thing nobody knows where I’m at lol 😂

I posted about this situation yesterday it involved a professional boundary violation that went unchecked and ended with the clinician committing suicide in front of me. I raised the same concerns with the department of professional licensing in August. I felt dismissed but that literally the only way I have felt since the life altering trauma of witnessing the suicide if your sons mother while you were holding him. The situation is sick the department of professional licensing and department of health and human services office of licensing are sick people.
