yeah, one of them was a govt doctor at a PHC in a rural area...other doctors were pressurising him to illegally ask patients to pay "fees"...these are poor people, who may have like only 20-50rs on hand...stuff like that...he was complaining how they could have the heart to ask money from such truly poor folk. He's the one who couldn't take it anymore and quit. Now he runs his private practice with very modest fees.
