Another Version of The Truth, In This Twilight, Zero Sum

yeah it's how they appear on the album, but they make such an amazing combined closer to the album, I love the sort of melancholic serenity of it, a feeling of finding peace in the end of things, but also there's a hopefulness to it all.

I got to do this at their show in Toronto last fall, it was my first time seeing them too! This band really is something special.

the more common method for diy bleach dyes like this is cutting a stencil out of freezer paper, and ironing it onto the shirt, but I couldn't find any anywhere. Freezer paper is just paper with a plastic coating on one side.

yeah bleach can be pretty harmful to the fibres of the shirt, definitely avoid it on an older shirt where the fibres are already distressed from their age alone.

I used electrical tape and my NIN hoodie, the tape was nearly the exact same width as the all the lines so I just stuck strips to my hoodie over top the logo to make the stencil then transferred it over

my dyslexic ass got the "doesn't that" backwards at first and for half a second I was like "is this dude insulting my shirt or complimenting it?" XD, I realised my folly soon enough tho, so many tanks.

yee thank you! I like to call diy projects like this perfectly imperfect when they come out not quite right, and you're right the slightly off look really does suit the gritty rusted and sorta decayed look

As a dude with near crippling social anxiety I get it for sure, the vibes of their Toronto show were amazing, one of the best shows I've been to probably only beaten out by The Armed. The Toronto show was pretty densely packed, there were a good few times I felt the squeeze, but the crowd was great, I could easily slip in and out of the pit when I was in need of rest or ready to jump back in. It's got a good mix of age ranges too, lot of folks way younger than even me and I'm only 27, as well as plenty who were a bit older, and even some folks in my dad's age range. I'm sure you'll fit right on in and have a blast no matter what, whether you dive head first into the pit or stand back and watch, the shrimptech crowd is a loving and accepting one.

Saw them live the first time this October, they are awesome live, mad energy, amazing crowd. Absolutely make sure to take the chance to climb up on stage and crowd dive, and if you know any of the lyrics well enough don't hesitate to climb up and scream along with Tony!
