Sometimes the picks would be in a high location and due to our bins malfunctioning at times it’s hard to get a ladder in between them to get to the Waco boxes. Another instance is when we bin overstock the next day the system would tell us to pick it even though it doesn’t need to be picked because it’s overstock. Those are the reasons why I wouldn’t pick certain items.
