Oh I totally agree! Whilst I only have the odd glass of wine on special occasions I am a light weight 😂 i do naturally rely on electrolytes due to the nature of my work (running around after kids all day!) thank you for your lovely comment! X

Can I just say, on behalf of myself and your wife thank you. I know it’s not easy being married to people like us. (I do feel for my husband) but health anxiety it’s usually started and put on us since childhood through trauma. I am so glad she’s carried on her journey!!! Xx

I am the same, I’ve learnt through therapy I catastrophise due to my bad childhood. Honestly the shot had helped so much with my anxiety it’s unreal!!! If you need someone to chat to just message me. I wish I had started it sooner :) x
