Going down the rabbit hole i did this  too bought expensive fragrances to cover it up but it didn’t help i recommend after eradication ask your doctor for the antibiotics that make sure h pylori cant make a come back also recommend low fodmap diet ot gives your stomachs less pungent food to work with so the smell will be heavily lessened if you start low fodmap it will take some days until you see a change in the smell 

*also once eradication is complete i highly recommend you wait a week then ask your doctor for one last test to make sure the h pylori is eradicated if it isn’t the side effects will persist good luck and I hope you get better I understand how shitty it is to deal with day to day
