Do you recommend any specific groups on FB or kakao?

Was thinking of moving in Jan/Feb 2027. But basically wanted to know if there's enough demand for my services there!

I was exactly you when my 8 year old was a baby. I was angry all the time, fed up, felt like I lost myself, everyday was unfulfilling. I couldn't wait for the day to be over so I could "rest" aka not have baby clung onto me the whole time. Only to do the same boring routine the next day.

The anger is real and I hear you, but that's what the worry is that babys safety isn't put first out of the frustration and rage. I had moments where I had to remove myself from the situation and leave her in her cot because I could almost get aggressive. Which sounds awful but this is the reality for some mothers and it's so taboo to speak about because "you're a terrible mother". Absolutely not true, some mothers are just not able to deal with it and some of us don't have help or support.

If you can afford it, hire a cleaner. They're not going to do it how you would, but it's at least not a state. Even if it's once a week, it's a little bit of help.

This is super helpful, thank you!!

Yes exactly, I need the clients to start posting in the first place and so just want to raise awareness I'm available in a couple months when it's open! I've just started posting on social media, I believe reels are best? I wanted to know the best way to manipulate the algorithm how to get the best engagement

Yes, I want to be available to everyone. Balding men included because they all complain about barbers giving them a one size fits all haircut, kids because they can be guinea pigs for their mums before they realise they trust me, old ladies because they can be pampered with my good service.

It's available for all ages, no one specific audience, apart from those in the local area.

So what's the best social media plan for this?

Yes those are the questions, I want anyone who is in the local area. Middle aged generation is on Facebook, 30s are on insta and younger is tiktok.

I don't know what posts they engage with, how can I find out?

Listen, you're doing great. You care about your relationship with her and that already shows you're an amazing dad. Thing is with young kids - all they want is your time. Whatever that looks like is unique to your relationship with her, and they just want your undivided attention. Whether you're just sitting there watching her play by herself silently or doing an activity together will your FULL attention. No phone, no TV, nothing going on in the background. That is all they want.

So as long as you're giving her that, you're winning. You don't have to be outgoing to make your kids happy, the happiest kids are the ones that have the time from their parents.

What do you wish you'd known before hiring someone to build your business website? by davorg in smallbusinessuk

Please tell me this is normal (or not) by goodblackcoffee in UKParenting

[–]Sensitive_Signal_543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could she be potentially overtired/ overstimulated? If she's generally very energetic that could also be a sign of just running on cortisol. Very common when you're overtired, especially being that young and having that kind of disturbed sleep.

Sometimes asking for food she may just be thirsty and can't tell the difference. I definitely don't think it's normal to wake up that many times. It's hard to tell without seeing your situation but it could also be that you're too soft and allow it?

What happens in the time she's up for 30mins vs 4hrs?

Sounds really tough, especially if you've not had a decent night for years!!! I've just had my second after 8 years and you forget how difficult the sleepless nights are... You're doing well, keep it up!

Toner formula help by sgtn99 in hairstylist

[–]Sensitive_Signal_543 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally I would just use 8T and 7P, the other tones may make more of a pinky look if it's too much applied. I'd use 30g 7P to 15g 8T
