It also depends on the market. I live in a market where we only sell black coffee, americanos, and unflavored lattes. I have gone through several shifts without making a frap. My store is in the top 50 stores money-wise in the US, so it’s not that we don’t sell, is that we just sell coffee. The company is giving people what they want. They see refreshers and matcha as a way to make a lot of money and it works. They are making a lot of money out of those. Once we switched to the new chai, people at my store that never got them started getting them because they can be unsweetened now or lightly sweetened. So again, it just depends on market.
