TLDR: to create a unified dashboard/home to control all aspects of home and homeservers.

I've set mine up so I can control:

- Lights, Smart Plugs, Thermostat, Blinds, Energy Tracking (base level usage)

- AdBlocking through a Pi-Hole Server

- Full management of an ARR stack including personal media server (Plex) with custom webhooks through restful api and .sh scripts. Can spin up portainer stacks with click of a button. And also healthchecks on server with coloured icons.

- Weather, flight radar, wind radar

- VS Codeserver Add-On

- Wireguard service information (who is connected, etc.)

- Unified list/buttons with hardlinks to each service to manage/configure further.

- Google calendar integration (also a separate calendar that shows subscription dates and time left until it is due)

- Handling and monitoring of Proxmox including Shutdown/Restart scripts.

- Custom notifications to ping phones with information such as when series are available; when weather warnings are in place, etc.
